Cash Processing Transformation Analyst / Senior Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Cash Processing Transformation Analyst / Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of cash processing functions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, implement automation solutions, and support the strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of cash operations.

About the Role:
As a key member of the Cash Processing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing cash processing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will require collaboration with business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure cash processing meets the organization’s goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing cash processing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Drive the transformation of cash processing functions, focusing on automation, optimization, and streamlined operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and compliance, to implement process improvements
Support the design and implementation of cash processing system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs
Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for cash processing transformation initiatives
Perform data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure continuous improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive project success
Assist in the creation and updating of cash processing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the organization informed and compliant with evolving standards
Provide training and support to team members on new systems, tools, and processes

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cash processing, financial operations, or related areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and automation
Experience with cash processing systems, automation tools, and financial technologies
Knowledge of cash management best practices and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to drive initiatives to completion
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (preferred)
