Private Client Financial Advisor - Old Bridge, NJ

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive wealth management services, guiding high-net-worth clients through investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and more.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Financial Advisor, you will develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Your role will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships, providing exceptional service, and offering expert advice to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement custom financial plans that align with the unique needs and goals of high-net-worth clients
Advise clients on a wide range of financial matters, including investments, retirement, estate planning, and tax strategies
Build lasting relationships by offering consistent, proactive communication and delivering exceptional client service
Regularly monitor and adjust client portfolios to keep them aligned with financial goals and market conditions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement
Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and financial products to provide timely, relevant advice
Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive financial solutions that address clients' diverse needs
Assist clients with retirement planning, tax efficiency, wealth transfer, and estate planning strategies
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, portfolio reviews, and performance updates

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or private banking
Expertise in investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning
Proven ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Strong business development skills and a track record of growing a client portfolio
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are preferred
