Private Client Financial Advisor - Elizabeth, NJ

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team in Elizabeth. In this role, you will provide personalized financial advice and solutions to high-net-worth individuals, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and deliver tailored strategies. Your expertise will cover investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies. You will also focus on building and maintaining lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals to address investment, retirement, and estate planning needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service
Provide advice on investment opportunities, risk management, and wealth preservation strategies
Continuously monitor client portfolios, recommending adjustments to ensure alignment with financial goals and market conditions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals to grow your client base
Stay current on financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory developments to provide relevant and timely advice
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and holistic financial solutions
Assist clients with estate planning, tax optimization, and wealth transfer strategies
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies
Deliver client presentations and portfolio reviews to maintain transparency and build trust

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or private banking
Expertise in investment strategies, tax management, retirement planning, and estate planning
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
Demonstrated success in business development and expanding a client portfolio
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are highly preferred
