Private Client Financial Advisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Financial Advisor to join our team in Harrisburg. In this role, you will provide personalized financial advice and wealth management services to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for developing customized financial plans, offering investment strategies, and advising clients on a wide range of financial matters, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization. You will also foster strong, long-term relationships with your clients while delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to high-net-worth individuals' specific needs and goals
Provide advice on investment management, retirement strategies, estate planning, and tax optimization
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing ongoing guidance and service
Regularly review and update client portfolios to ensure alignment with changing financial goals and market conditions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships, networking, and referrals
Stay informed on the latest market trends, financial products, and regulations to provide timely and relevant advice
Collaborate with internal teams to offer clients a holistic approach to their financial needs
Assist clients with retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth transfer strategies
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and best practices
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure clients' risk profiles are consistently met

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or private banking
Strong understanding of investment strategies, retirement planning, tax management, and estate planning
Proven ability to develop lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and expand a client base
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Strong business development skills with a track record of driving new client acquisition
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are highly preferred
