Private Client Financial Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team in Waltham. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth clients, helping them achieve their long-term wealth management and financial planning goals.

About the Role:
As a Private Client Financial Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and design customized strategies for investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization. Your role will involve providing ongoing advice, building long-term relationships, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals, addressing their unique investment, retirement, and estate planning needs
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering proactive communication and regular portfolio reviews
Provide expert guidance on a range of financial topics, including investments, risk management, retirement planning, and tax strategies
Continuously assess client portfolios and recommend adjustments to ensure alignment with financial goals and market conditions
Identify new business opportunities and expand your client base through networking, referrals, and relationship-building efforts
Stay informed on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to offer relevant, up-to-date advice
Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with a full suite of financial services and solutions
Assist clients in planning for retirement, tax management, estate distribution, and other key financial milestones
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Track portfolio performance and ensure that clients' financial objectives and risk profiles are met

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
In-depth knowledge of investment products, retirement planning strategies, tax management, and estate planning
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and maintain a loyal client base
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, understandable manner
Demonstrated success in business development and expanding a client portfolio
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 are preferred
