Relationship Banker – Media (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team in Media. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them with their financial needs and offering personalized banking solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:
As a Relationship Banker, you will engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions, including savings accounts, loans, credit products, and investment options. You will also play a vital role in supporting branch growth, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and products suited to their financial situation.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized banking services and solutions
Promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and savings accounts
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable financial products and services
Assist with day-to-day banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account management
Actively identify and resolve client issues or concerns, ensuring an exceptional banking experience
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets while delivering outstanding customer service
Stay informed on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer clients the most relevant and accurate advice
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a client-facing banking, financial services, or retail environment
Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to identify and present suitable solutions for clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and service goals
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities
A client-first mindset, with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in handling transactions and account management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
