Relationship Banker – Clinton

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Relationship Banker to join our team in Clinton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while assisting them with their banking needs and offering tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:
As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with the right products and services, including savings, loans, and investment solutions. You will also be responsible for driving branch growth and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their banking needs and providing personalized financial solutions
Promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including personal loans, savings accounts, credit cards, and investment solutions
Conduct client meetings to assess their financial goals and offer tailored advice on products and services
Process transactions, manage client accounts, and ensure timely and accurate completion of banking services
Meet or exceed sales and service goals while delivering an exceptional client experience
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Stay informed on the latest financial products, trends, and regulatory changes to best serve client needs
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them navigate their financial journey
Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a client-facing banking or financial services role
Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to identify appropriate solutions for clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets and objectives
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration
Previous experience in a relationship banking or sales role is a plus
