Client Advisor & Investment Manager – Vice President

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Client Advisor & Investment Manager at the Vice President level to join our prestigious team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive investment management advice and personalized solutions to help them meet their financial objectives.

About the Role:
As a Client Advisor & Investment Manager, you will lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance on wealth management and investment strategies. You will be responsible for delivering customized financial solutions, including asset allocation, portfolio management, and risk management. You will also be expected to grow and maintain a profitable client base while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as their trusted advisor on investment management and wealth planning
Lead the development and execution of customized investment strategies that align with clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and time horizons
Provide comprehensive portfolio management, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and performance monitoring
Advise clients on a range of investment products, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and structured products
Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide clients with informed advice
Coordinate with internal specialists, including tax, estate planning, and lending teams, to provide holistic solutions
Attract and onboard new clients while expanding relationships with existing clients to meet growth targets
Deliver client presentations, portfolio reviews, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with client expectations
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to investment management and client service

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or private banking, with a focus on high-net-worth clients
Strong expertise in investment management, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of financial markets and investment products
Strong business development skills with a proven ability to attract and retain clients
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; CFA, CFP, or similar certifications preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing, advisory role
