Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Richmond. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s external communications and managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

About the Role:
As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s investor relations strategy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, providing transparent and timely information regarding company performance, strategy, and financial outlook. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the investor relations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders, providing them with the necessary information regarding financial performance, business strategy, and outlook
Prepare and coordinate investor presentations, earnings calls, and quarterly and annual reports
Work closely with senior management to communicate key financial and strategic messages effectively
Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership
Manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts, addressing inquiries and proactively engaging with the investment community
Oversee the company’s annual meeting of shareholders, preparing materials and coordinating logistics
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistency in messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, press releases, and other investor-related communications

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial analysis, with a solid understanding of financial markets and reporting
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to interact with senior executives, analysts, and investors
In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, earnings reports, and public company regulations
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus
Experience with investor relations software and financial tools is preferred
