Relationship Banker – Medford, OR

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Banker to join our team in Medford. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized banking solutions and helping them achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:
As a Relationship Banker, you will develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering a range of banking products and services. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day banking transactions, as well as providing tailored solutions that include loans, credit products, and financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized financial solutions
Open and manage a variety of accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, as well as offering loans and credit products
Conduct needs-based assessments with clients to recommend the most suitable banking solutions
Provide assistance with daily banking transactions and more complex financial services such as loan and mortgage applications
Actively cross-sell the bank’s products and services, ensuring clients receive the best financial solutions
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with branch team members to meet goals and deliver an exceptional client experience
Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and market trends to provide relevant solutions to clients

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services, with a strong understanding of banking products
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients
Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions in a consultative manner
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering outstanding service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in sales or cross-selling financial products is highly preferred
