Relationship Banker – Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, NJ

We are looking for a dedicated and client-oriented Relationship Banker to join our team at our Kings Highway branch in Cherry Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while offering personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs.

About the Role:
As a Relationship Banker, you will provide exceptional customer service and offer a broad range of banking products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, and investment solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide the right solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized banking solutions and financial guidance
Open and manage accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, while offering a range of credit products and services
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to recommend products and services that meet their financial goals
Support clients in managing their accounts and providing assistance with banking transactions, loan applications, and investment options
Promote the bank’s products and services through proactive outreach and cross-selling efforts
Ensure clients receive exceptional service, helping resolve any issues and providing expert advice when needed
Collaborate with branch leadership to meet branch goals and deliver exceptional client experiences
Stay up-to-date on new banking products, services, and market trends to offer relevant and competitive financial solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services, with a strong understanding of banking products and services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Ability to identify client needs and offer customized solutions in a proactive and consultative manner
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in sales or cross-selling banking products is preferred
