2025 Corporate Banking Summer Analyst – Amsterdam, Netherlands
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to join our Corporate Banking team in Amsterdam for the Summer Analyst program in 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate banking, working with leading companies across various sectors while developing key financial and client relationship skills.
About the Role:
As a Summer Analyst in Corporate Banking, you will support senior bankers in delivering financial solutions to large corporate clients. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including financial analysis, preparing client materials, and assisting in transaction execution. This role will provide you with valuable exposure to corporate lending, credit analysis, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing presentations, client proposals, and transaction documentation
- Conduct financial analysis, including credit assessments, cash flow modeling, and financial forecasting
- Support the execution of corporate banking transactions, such as loans, credit facilities, and trade finance solutions
- Monitor client portfolios and help identify potential risks or new opportunities
- Conduct market and industry research to support the development of client solutions
- Collaborate with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong academic background, preferably in finance, economics, business, or related fields
- Prior internship experience in banking, finance, or related areas is beneficial
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus
